Earnings call was not positive AAPL is without a doubt a Stone Cold Short. The huge buyback was only reason price surged..

I suspect your chances of getting a good custodial company and advisor, e.g. an advisor as part of a Fidelity account, would be better if your custodial company is privately owned. I feel that private shareholders are more interested in long-term profits than just the next quarter and will likely act this way by looking out for the interests of their customers - even over their short-term interests. Doing this will mean that you their customer, will recommend them and their company to others.

I just don't understand how people can't see that the HUGE rise in prices over the last few months is basically retaliation against people not going back to work after the COVID issues they created aka more people realized how useless they were at work got laid off now they (big companies/ government) are trying to act like they are understaffed and over worked when Elon proved that there are too many people doing too little at work and all of them feel self important for no reason 😂😂😂

Apple’s buyback is further confirmation that it’s conceded it’s run out of R&D ideas. Fools and their money are soon parted. For “analysts” (still in need of their employment) to elevate the share price while product demand is regressing and competitors are growing is a revelation that they are speculating as opposed to providing evidence based on company financials.

Unemployment rate grew because working age women rushed back into the job market in 2024. It isn't people losing jobs that rose the rate, the labor force participation grew.

It’s absurd to say ‘worker wages are soaring , causing much of the inflation ‘ .. historically , over the last 30 years , avg worker wages have barely eked out 4-5% annually . Meanwhile CEO and executive compensation has been averaging 20%-28% annually . Capitalism now blames the victims of inflation for the outrageous increase in cost of goods and services . The U.S. always uses victim blaming , even in foreign invasions and overthrowing foreign govts . Look at Vietnam , Iraq , Iran , Sudan , Haiti ..we’ve destroyed every country we’ve invaded and now corporations (incl govt military contractors) are devouring the tax payers in our own country for increases in corporate profits . Next up the healthcare insurance industry will cut benefits and slowly watch seniors die for profit . You can thank George bush jr for the Medicare donut hole that will destroy the financial wellness of many seniors

Inflation is gaslighting for ‘corporate greed’ . The reason prices are high is because marketing and sales got together and advised ; ‘consumers think the wars mean we can’t do business easily and get supplies . Let’s keep prices up till they stop buying ‘ . But corporate profits are at record levels and going higher . CEO and executive compensation has never ever been higher . If you want to lower inflation, punish corporations that do price fixing in collaboration with other similar corporations in same business . Price collusion is serious offense but the prosecution of such is toothless under capitalism IMO
