Please allow us to help. Can you please share with us the IMEI associated with your device? You can get that info by going to Settings > About Phone. You can also check that by looking through the box or receipt upon purchasing. - Frank

May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. Meanwhile, you can also try resetting your app preferences. These will reset your notification settings and default apps, but your data will remain intact. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Menu (three dots on the top right) > Reset app preferences. Please keep us updated on how this goes for you. -Nate

My Moto E14 touchscreen is sometimes unresponsive...I have to use force for it to respond., this is really frustrating!!!.My Previous phone was much better - E6 plus!! The eE14 feels really weak....anyhow, .how do I change the touchscreen sensitivity in settings? There doesn't seem to be anything to do change it ... The phone
