I always stretch, wiggle before getting up, and when up, stretch and twist more befor starting to walk.

These shorts are great for getting views to your channel but not for making money. It just drives people to your playlists, but they're 8 years old you never separated them into playlists for beginner, intermediate, etc. your niche audience is people who are getting back into working out to stave off muscle loss, maybe from aging or after spinal healing, and want to build up their muscles safely over time so they can begin to introduce harder workouts. Most channels go right into exercises that can throw everything out again.

That’s a vulnerable exercise to do. It encourages poor alignment and unstable knees have to remember knees in line with toes and do not go past toes

Stretching can feel sooo amazing! I love it! From what I understand, most people experiencing sciatic nerve pain are advised not to stretch the hamstrings because it can increase neural tension and make symptoms worse. Are you able to elaborate on how this is different? I’m curious!

Great question! It really depends on what feels good for you, so just listen to your body-start with what you can handle and gradually build up from there!

Or is this effective to do without walking for people with mobility problems and or Hypermobility? Especially if you hold this position like yoga or bodyweight strengthening like the plank? What do you recommend from someone like me who has arthritis is all my joints? . My joint that are arthritis and degenerated are , my neck , low back ,hips and knees . I live with chronic daily pain and take he’d for this Sometimes excercise and especially weight training cause me more pain .

Just remember that “motion is lotion” for arthritic joint. Just moving each joint in circles and doing gentle stretches will help you so much!
