Hello and thank you, off topic. The manual says flush and replace engine coolant in 10 years or 160K km whichever comes first. Do you think I should follow this or should I do it earlier? I really appreciate your feedback and thank you.

It would have been good if Chrysler would have engineered a locking pin to hold the tensioner in the loose position, it makes changing the belt a whole lot easier.

Harbour freight do a fair version of a wobbler nut that would work well in that situation removing bolts from behind the rotor against the drive shaft will do mine some time soon n come back with results

1.5hr easy 34:19 job that the mechanic quoted $500 to do. $70 in parts for plugs, new gaskets x6 and an air filter. Great video thank you sir

I have issue.my car sway left or right when its windy conditions depend on the side of wind.Does because springs. Cos last time i measured left front spring less 2cm than right front but the spring not cracks or rusty.car mileage 140000km.all suspension new with balancing done.what do u suggest plz?tk u

Well the solution, once you've found your ground fault, could be 1 of 1,000 things. But if you specifically mean the engine ground strap we noted in this video, we replaced it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qX_cY4Sfh9-toKc 👍

These transmissions without a fluid drain plug were mean that it’s fluid to never ever be changed. The not so genius dodge and Chrysler engineers were not very clever to add a drain plug like the other car manufacturers companies. Trash cars, break down all the time.😑

First of all, let me thank you for all your knowledge you share about the 5th gen caravan. I have been driving these since the first generation, but I am still learning. My question to you is, can the blend door actuators be reset one these vehicles, and can this tool do the job. Also I would appreciate it if you could do a video on this repair as it seems that there is a lot of misinformation out there. Thank you.

I purchased one using your link. I have a question. Are there certain 5 pin relays that this cannot test? It looks like the 4 pin you initially use in video but has 5 pins of course. I chose the five pin setting and as soon as I press test the light is solid red. But the function on the car works (I was just trying it out) Also some of the relays make the ticking noise while blinking green some don’t?

They tend to let you know. They will squeal if left too long, and you can tell they're on their way out if you get a humming/rubbing type noise when steering around corners, which goes away when you straighten the wheel up back up after the corner. Hope that helps 👍

This was a great deal of help. I had the manual but it keeps directing you to go to different sections when you disassemble different parts of the engine which just make it so hard to keep track of. But this video goes through it step by step and the mechanic gives excellent details and description of each step which makes it much more manageable and less daunting. Thank you! I would give more if I could! You helped save me about a 200-300 dollar service charge!

I did this on 2015 T&C but I cannot reconnect the front cable to the equalizer as it is 2” too short. I tried to press the lever in the cam addy to release extra length but that is not working. Did I miss something?

Hi, my engine is overheating after a few hours of use and it seems like the hose is slowly heating (indicating the thermostat is stuck open). Could the thermostat being stuck open cause the engine to overheat?

No but. If it's stuck open it will not overheat... but it'll sound like a plane from the radiator fans running nonstop

There are stocks on amazon.ca currently, but they do not ship from Amazon. Whilst Canadian stocks have run out on .ca, you can order via the amazon.com (USA) link. Shipping is only $7 to Canada.
