Bro in my older apk i have installed other normal mods(not graphic mods) and cleo scrips so if i delete that apk and install yours will my mods still work on that apk?especially cleo?

Don't uninstall your previous APK, just install the one with the graphics mod and replace it. If you uninstall it, you will loss your game files.

And for the Cleo, it will still be available. But I'll recommend you to compress and back-up your GTA San Andreas data files(the one in Android data) before installing any mods
