This is fantastic and will be very helpful! I would urge you to just release the whole series and please dont roll it out slowly.

Later in this series you will hear me as the KDAL Local Controller...... It was so fun getting a truck load of AAL flights following behind this guy. I loved being a part of the making of this series. at the end of the day, its about having fun.

Y’all forgot to mention the KDAL departures, considering it’s the featured field not DFW, especially how there’s different RNAV SIDs depending on flow.

Yeah, we did -- but we were VERY VERY long by that point. Hopefully something we can circle back to next time we feature KDAL in an event.

So, my final post-mortem on that landing this past Monday: (1) never performed pre-landing checks (gear green, flaps set/checked, etcetera); (2) got high on glideslope on short final and was "diving for the deck" a little, contributing to speed control issues; (3) flared too high above the runway; (4) over-flared (i.e. should be just enough nose-up to touch on the mains first, and no more). Bled off the airspeed too high above the runway and then it slammed itself down; nothing I could do to fix it at that point. Ugh. Oh well. We lived to try again another day!

Dear VATUSA overlords, I am truly APPALLED by the DISGUSTING DISREGARD FOR SAFETY demonstrated in your recent holiday video. Not only is the pilot in command dropping potentially heavy and hazardous presents over a residential area, violating 14 CFR 91.15, he is also less than 500 feet above the surface judging by the relative size of the presents between immediately after the drop and landing on the house (again, potentially damaging property and therefore violating 91.15). This is in EGREGIOUS VIOLATION of 14 CFR 91.119 and undermines what should be the utmost priority of any pilot which is to ensure safety for the aircraft and those on the ground. I demand that Santa be reprimanded to the fullest extent of the law.
