I completely get this! Just came out of the dark night of the soul. It's this confusing place of not being who you were, this transitional state that feels so much like floating in the abyss! Like where are my people? Oh yeah, in another fucking dimension! Lol Love ya, thanks for sharing your feels, you're a light and a breath of fresh air. Just be who you are and where you are. Surrender to all of it! ✌🍄💖

First trick: I literally don't understand how to move my hand without also making the hoop move? Does the hoop need to be heavy or something? Mine is very light.

You absolutely have to feel the depression. All that narrative does is create guilt in a person that can't escape it at the moment. It's about feeling it and releasing it and it can continue for days. Everything we are everything will feelings everything would do me everything that's happening is perfect. The problem is putting pressure on ourselves just be present in difficult moments embrace everything,

It is influencers that Sell the idea that you can avoid it and we buy into it because we try and escape it.

I'm so happy that popped into your channel reconnecting with hoop. I just had to listen to this video. Thank you so much! I really resonated with what you said the entire video. it's definitely something that I've known and felt in my gut for a long time, but hearing it through somebody else's words gives me a sense of clarity and calm.

I think you should be careful using words like “science” in this context. Most of the things you’re talking about aren’t science but religion. I’m completely ok with the faith of others if it’s helping them to live their lives as good as possible. And it seems to help you a lot to get into the right things like self care and mindfulness 🧘🏼♀️ But sometimes people tend to be less critical with their worldview and that’s a big gateway for scammers. In my opinion it’s necessary to strictly divide science and religion to protect yourself from scams and false promises. For example there are a lot of products on the esoteric market that should heal and help you and often sellers claim the effect is scientifically proven. But in most of the cases it isn’t. Sometimes it‘s a Placebo and do help because of it. But sometimes it could be dangerous for you. So spirituality is nice and can help people a lot. But always be critical and try to divide between scientific facts and the things that maybe feel right for you and you believe in but can’t be proven. Hope I do not offend you. That’s just my opinion and I’m a very rational atheist person 🌈✨✌🏼 Peace

So intersting to hear you talking about your very different experiances. 🥰🌈🌟 it would be nice if you could told us how much you took at the different occasions. I noticed, that at home I can handle much more than on a (flowart) party or festival. So I like to play around with the dose depending on the day and occasion. Thank you for this honest talk ☮🕉💚 greetings from germany!
