Thank God for Dr. Horace Boyer. He's performing, studying, and teaching our black gospel music is still a blessing even after his transition to glory.

Evidence shows that the PR police officers killed were killed by "friendly fire" by the PR Insular Police who were controlled by the U.S. installed police commissioner in charge of PR's police, Captain Riggs, of the Riggs Bank family who...allegedly, per Nelson A. Denis in his book War Against All Puerto Ricans (a quote of a conversation between Capt. Riggs and Alibizu Campos, the PR Independence fighter rigs was allegedly trying to bribe to give up leading/defending the sugarcane plantation strikers...financed many revolutions throughout Latin America. The PR cadets had obtained a permit for a peaceful march and carried no weapons. They were, per Denis and other PR authors, essentially murdered to squelch any PR independence movement, however peaceful, and to protect the capitalist interest of U.S. sugar plantation company owners, who, mostly absentee owners (they did not live in Puerto Rico) owned 80% of Puerto Rico's farmable land. Denis's book was first published in Spanish in 2015, then English in 2016. It's a great work of scholarship with convincing support from FBI reports, eye witnesses, PR periodicals, film archives, interviews with participants, confessions by former jury members in alleged U.S.-rigged court case with 10 American jurors and 2 PR jurors with U.S. interests in PR in a second trial (the first trial with 7 real Puerto Ricans and 5 U.S. resulting in a hung jury, leading to the alleged U.S. jury-rigging in Puerto Rico that allegedly resulted in Alibizu Campos being arrested and jailed allegedly due to U.S. political corruption and the alleged corruption of Luis Munoz Marin, who Denis shows was allegedly a morphine addict and political sellout to U.S. political and economic interests at the expense of Puerto Rico independence. Please note this is all from my readings. I am not the originator of any of these ideas.

I had the privilege of singing with the gospel choir at UMASS Amherst 1975-78! I remember my audition so well-he offered me a solo that very night ! I didn’t have the confidence that he saw in me at that time but I am so grateful to his guidance at that time.. Forever grateful for you Dr Boyer.. 🙏🏽💕

If there are by chance any serious people here, I am wondering about the about the stories of Afghanistan "giants", they fit the profile described by Jim. This intuitively makes sense, I wonder why the suppression of information around it. Some of us want to study actual data.

Dr. Boyer was my sponsor for my BDIC program at UMass from 1973 to 1976. I also played guitar in the backup band for the Voices of New Africa Choir, which he directed. The vocal group Reconstruction came out of that and Dr.Boyer and I were part of the rhythm section which also included, Avery Sharpe on Bass and Alvin Terry on Drums. Needless to say, the music was uplifting and special. Great memories of a Great Man.

Excellent presentation and follow-up questions. A tennis court during Parke years, amazing. When was that taken out? Was it near to the extended meadow across Main Street or nearer Triangle/Main Streets?

The Woke Olympics of who is the most oppressed. I have never saw a room of so many people that think they are the smartest person there. This should be an advertisement for a home-schooled education. Not only because of the staff, but because of most of the parents involved. Does this school district even concentrate at all on education of the students - like writing, reading, mathematics, etc ?
