Wait, am I accidentally doing this exercise whenever I make mouth music? I click, pop and whatever else with my tongue and whole mouth casually making up little beats or if I have a song in my head, lol. Not quite beatboxing but it's just for fun and exercises my mouth :-p I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos which means with the things I can do also exists with excruciating pain (TMJ, migraine, etc.) It feels like my disability is my superpower or talent at the same time. Thanks for these videos! You're right, it's uncommon to find physical therapy or the attention to such real and common anatomical issues! 🙏

I notice I am clenching my cheeks and not almost like a 10 percent smile. I am always stressed and I guess stress does this. I wish I could stop because I have daily debilitating migraines. I catch my self clinching and I then relax my face and cheeks and less than a minute later I am back to clenchng. Does anyone have any advice.

I did this and smiled afterwards just to see if it felt different in that area and have never felt my cheek or jaw feel so relaxed and loose. This is so good, thank you pretty lady.

After 55 years of living this is the first time this muscle has ever been massaged or properly stretched or loosened. It feel great. I could only imagine the stress that is on this muscle from stress and teeth grinding, doing this daily could prevent TMJ for all we know. So much about medicine that we are clueless on. But with the internet and now and AI you will see a big learning curve in medicine as the years pass by. 50 years from now TMJ could be eradicated along with many other disorders.

WHAT?? It's a chewing device to make your jawline more defined. The device was not designed for TMJ disorders.

I had doubts when I first saw this video but tried it and I'm a 100% a believer!!! This literally works in 5 seconds. It even relieved some of the tension in the muscles that down the back of my neck. That's how to tight my jaw was. THANK YOU!!

Why you tmj doctors make funny vedios , it ain’t funny at all, being a doctor myself I know how a patient feels, there is mental breakdown, anxiety , body suffers a lot and all this again adds toh tmjd . I’m irritated seing all these tmj doctors making funny reels. I know you want to make money but that doesn’t mean you tickle the curiousness of tmjd sufferers and lure them to follow you or take treatment from you. I’m already paying huge amounts for it, though my mouth opening have improved dramatically but the pain have increased . I just fucking get irritated by these kind of reels

I've been to the hospital since 2007 with this pain and since then I've been told 'you're too stressed, when you reduce your stress your pain will go away. Here's a mouthguard'

I’m so sick of being told this. My bite is off and it’s wrecking havok on all my muscles. Just had a very highly recommended ENT insist to me it’s stress yet I clenched and grinded my entire life never had any pain, it wasn’t until after I had surgery the muscle pain started.

I have the second! When I close my mouth, my jaw moves to one side before going back in the middle. How do I fix this? Is jaw surgery the only solution? Invisalign does not seem to be working.

Hi. Is some deviation normal? My 11 year old sons’ deviates to the left, maybe 3mm. Can that be normal? Are there any exercises he should do to treat this?
