Sir in United State gov debt it says backed by only faith.. Keyword is only.. In actual it is backed by full faith and credit. Full faith and credit is totally different from faith. Faith can be blind. In official document of United States it says full faith and credit only this statement is wrong. So c should be correct. Also in another question csr rules it doesn't mention anything such as directly benefiting the employees it mentions if activities is exclusively or solely designed for employees then it cannot be considered csr. Another point is that there was another exception allowed where company can do covid related research and it will treated as csr expenditure. This allow the csr activity in company normal business. Any activity in company normal business actually benefit the company directly. So answer should be neither (d)
