Am I the only one that thinks the dreadmill is the worst thing ever? By pitting two people against each other instead of the whole group against each other, you get situations where the two best competitors are paired against each other so one has to fall, when compared to the rest of the group they’re better than at least three of the other contestants, so you don’t get the three best competitors of the six, you get at least everyone but the worst contestant, but risk getting the second worst contestant into the final round or not getting the second best contestant into the final round. Totally unfair. And what kind of obstacle is this anyways? Shawn was getting slammed by the ball every time because it was too low for him, while the helicopter guy wasn’t even having to duck that much to stay upright. Considering how biased it was against Shawn, he did an absolutely great job getting back up despite taking so many hits. And another thing, many of the contestants that had falls but ended up winning were able to recover because they used the sides of the treadmill that weren’t moving to get back up. I thought the object of the game was to try to get back up on the moving part. Contestants who stayed on the treadmill like they were supposed to had a considerably smaller amount of time to get up, and it was harder because it was a moving platform, and they ended up out because they didn’t cheat and use the sides of the treadmill like the other contestants. I’m glad they bring back dizzy dummies, because the dreadmill is a joke.
