You were brave to go back in that bathroom. Hate to say it but I'm sure there's more where that came from. Here's a tip....get a spray bottle and put a few squirts of dish washing soap in it. Add some water so it's like watered down dish soap...about 1 part soap to 3 parts water. Keep the spray bottle in the bathroom and next time you see a bug.....any kind of bug, a few sprays and it kills instantly. Much safer than bug spray and much safer for pets.

It is really hard when you want to get better and it’s a slow process. I hope things get better. If this therapist isn’t a right fit you can always change it!

Jade I was out of control with my emotions, had been diagnosed with so many disorders..always tired, felt sick, dizzy, lightheaded, eye floaters, blurry vision and I went to the carnivore diet and it helped but I was still eating crap food that was zero carb..past 2 months I've started eating clean..no overprocessed foods period and I'm feeling "normal" again..everything is improving..I put off doing it for a long time telling myself "it's too expensive, I don't have the time to make stuff from scratch" but I'm telling you I was wrong! When I quit buying crap and whole foods my budget actually stayed the same and alot of times it's went down..my anxiety has went away, the brain fog, feeling drained..I think you should look into it..oh best part OFF ALL MY MEDS!!! I LOATHE TAKING MEDS!! The food industry imo is killing us..I hope everything falls into place for you, you deserve it 😊
