this is so lame in the best way, it feels like a school project but as a KZbin poop type video lmao it got me to laugh because it made no sense but i am impressed by some of the effects, especially the shadows

I went and watched it. I hope you don't take this as a negative criticism but it seemed like a VERY high effort shitpost. Your VFX work was incredible, and I enjoyed the "campiness" of your shot direction and the recording devices (that POV shot from the monster's perspective chasing you into the house was beautiful). It oozed with genuine care and hard work. Your spoken dialogue was funny. Also the way it melted out from underneath the cup back into its original form was incredibly seamless. The modeling and animations were top notch 👌 very nice work, keep doing what you're doing! I'm glad I was able to watch it after your wacky ass youtube short got randomly put into my feed.
