#AIIB_annual_meeting_2024 The AIIB Annual Meeting will be held in Samarkand from 25 to 26 September 2024 under the theme “Building Resilient Infrastructure for All”. The Annual Meeting, the AIIB’s flagship event, provides an opportunity to showcase the Bank’s achievements and receive feedback from shareholders. It serves as a one-stop platform for dialogue, bringing together AIIB Governors and delegates from member countries, as well as the Bank’s partners and clients, business leaders, civil society organizations and industry experts from around the world. Uzbekistan is a founding member of the AIIB, with the Bank’s total investment portfolio in the country exceeding $3 billion. More projects worth $2 billion are in the pipeline under the three-year investment program signed between the AIIB and the Government of Uzbekistan.
