Thanks for the video! After you rinse the bamboo shots with hot water, you drain it... and then what? Do you leave it outside? Add more water? Put it to fridge? I'm a bit lost, thanks :)

This dish was delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipes. I love how there was no sugar in this one compared to other recipes. In my opinion I feel like it made the ginger/shallots/garlic stood up even more! Such a simple dish but it’s so tasteful!

It’s called quẩy in Vietnam, youtiao or yu char kway in China- a fried dough stick. You may see it called Chinese fried dough or Chinese cruller in English

I like Apple tart with custard, but I like mine to be cooked a little longer. So it’s browner on the top. I keep cooking it until the top is the color that I like.

Not sure what you mean. The ingredients list was on the screen for a while and then the quantity of each ingredient was repeated in the relevant step. The video is 10 minutes long and you can pause at any point.
