No brother. What would be the purpose of reading test if you just have to type in keyword to find the related statement. No copy paste and no ctrl + f allowed. But you can use 'TAB' key to move on to next question.

Copy paste option is not available in cd ielts. You have to write answers in the given spaces.

As you can see on the screen you can click and drag the scroll bar left and right to adjust the passage space and question space. If you increase the text size then passage will automatically be adjusted according to text size and you can scroll up and down to go through the whole passage. For practical experience, I suggest you to attempt IELTS Familiarization Reading test available on IELTS official website.
