What a stunning young woman with beautiful healthy porcelain skin. Smearing 5 times the amount needed of foundation on that beautiful skin is a crime. Additionally, the foundation color is so much darker than her natural skin color leaving an orange forehead with a distinct line. Her final result is she is absolutely stunning~it's just a mistake with the foundation.

I would suggest you find a more pink toned / cool toned foundation for a better match for your skin as the foundation looks a bit orange imo. Take this as constructive criticism please as I don’t mean to spread any hate! Ur also so gorgeous💗

Babeee if you take ur coffee first thing in the morning, it spikes ur cortisol levels (stress hormone). It’s better to wait 60-90 minutes after waking up before having it;)

something I would recommend is try to switch your daily intake of coffee to another form of caffeine. as a coffee lover, but anxious person myself, i always feel so jittery and as if coffee makes my anxiety worse, whereas when i have a matcha or tea, it doesn’t make me feel that way

I use to be a 6am wake up girl and would go straight for a up of coffee right after I woke up, then I started to switch to decaf in the morning and eating before I had any coffee and this has been a game change on my nervous system!! I also feel like it acts as a placebo affect because it feels like I’m still drinking my regular cup of caffeinated coffee 😂🫶🏻

i remember this one time i felt like no matter what i did, people just didn’t notice me. i tried everything-confidence boosters, social tips, you name it-but nothing seemed to work. then i found this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it completely shifted how i saw myself. it’s not just about being noticed; it’s about understanding the energy you project. honestly, this book made all the difference for me. if you’ve ever felt invisible, you need to read it.

i used to think success was all about grinding harder, pushing through, and hoping things would change. but no matter what i did, i kept running into the same roadblocks. then i saw a few people talking about Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, so i gave it a shot. i wasn’t expecting much, but the way it explains energy and alignment completely flipped my perspective. it wasn’t about working harder, it was about shifting my energy first. everything started flowing after that.

for years, i watched people around me manifest dream jobs, perfect relationships, opportunities that seemed to just land in their lap. i convinced myself they were just lucky, but deep down i knew there had to be more to it. when i finally read Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, everything made sense. it’s not luck, it’s about learning how to work with your energy. after making a few shifts, i started getting offers i never thought possible.

there was a time when i kept wondering why some people seemed to naturally draw others in while i was just…there. no matter what i tried, i couldn’t figure out how they did it. then someone mentioned the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and i decided to check it out. the way it explains how your aura affects everything around you? it blew me away. it’s like having a secret code to unlock your magnetic energy. this book is a game-changer.

i used to think i had to chase everything-money, success, even love. but the more i chased, the more things seemed to slip away. then someone recommended Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it completely changed my mindset. instead of running after things, i learned how to align myself so that the right opportunities naturally came to me. i don’t know how else to explain it, but once i made the shift, everything started showing up exactly when i needed it.

i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.

i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.

one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page

i thought manifestation was just about thinking positive and hoping for the best. but after reading Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, i realized i was missing the most important part-the energy i was actually putting out. the book explains exactly why some people seem to attract everything effortlessly while others struggle no matter how hard they try. once i adjusted my own frequency, things just started falling into place.

i always felt like i was stuck in the same cycle-watching other people manifest their dream lives while i kept getting the short end of the stick. no matter how much i tried, nothing seemed to work. then i picked up Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something clicked. it made me realize i had been doing everything backwards. after a few weeks of applying what’s inside, things started changing fast. my confidence, my money, even the people around me. it’s honestly crazy.

I started forcing myself to wake up early back in 2022 when I went back to college after taking a semester off. It’s definitely not easy regardless if you’re a morning person or not but once you do it….you actually do feel better during the day because you’re getting any chores, and other work that you need to do out of the way. Plus you end up feeling accomplished once the day is done become if you’ve already done what you needed to do in the morning….that’s less work for you to do for the rest of the day, or the week.
