Hi Claas. Thank you for this helpful video. I am struggling to replicate what you are doing at 23:05 with moving and rotating a construction plane. When I create an offset construction plane and then try to use the move tool to free move and rotate, similar to how you did, I am not able to select the plane to move. I have followed the same process as you but no luck. How did you do this? Am I missing something? It seems so simple in your video.

Please do a design of the Samsung Tab S9 Ultra and also an iPhone 16 Pro, please. And if you show how to manually insert wallppers (Lock Screen photo) that would be really awesome. I just can’t find how to do it on Shapr3d. I’m sure doing all these life-like Enders with accurate features takes a lot of effort, so thank you so much for your dedication and love.

How did you get the terrain surface? (It looks optically scanned, maybe?) What created it, how was it imported, etc.? I've got a sharply sloped lot that makes my own deck design a lot more challenging, so I need to take that into account, too. Alternatively, is there an easy way to create a patched surface with varying z-heights at grid positions? I'm experienced at CAD, but new to Shapr3D, and my new deck, though not trivial, is a way simpler way to get started than some of the other things I plan to design. Thanks for these videos!

Hello dear developers of this wonderful program. I saw your video about the design of the bus stop and decided to write this comment. I have been working in your program for three years, if not more. I am engaged in the design of restoration of ancient buildings. Since ancient buildings are often deformed, your program is very suitable for me, because it allows me to build complex surfaces. And so. Now I have one building in operation, which is almost 200 years old. By design, it is quite simple, but has very strong deformations. I build a model of it based on the results of laser scanning, I also used a manual optical scanner and photogrammetry. I have about 1,500 bodies in the model now. I've been working on this building for two months now. Today I updated the program to the latest version and encountered a very unpleasant phenomenon. The program closed itself after any action with the model. That is, I could not continue to work. I probably accidentally changed some sketches. I had yellow icons in the history menu. I was very upset. I was kind of desperate. My favorite program has stopped working normally! However, I found a way out. Saved the project in x_t format, then created a new project and imported a file in x_t format into it. Everything, of course, opened up, and the sketches and the story disappeared. Tomorrow I will try to export the sketches I need to a new project. Maybe my experience will be useful to someone. good luck to you. At the same time, I would like to ask if possible to return to the program the ability to delete sketches without deleting bodies. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something and there is such a possibility. If so, please tell me how to do it.

wow that really simplified the drawing function for me, I used to just keep my ipad handy and get the dimensions from the screen directly before I perform my cuts on the table saw. I tried the drawing function but never knew how to really use it correctly to get the views and dimensions I needed. excellent as always. thanks Claas

@@mohamedsoud yeah drawings in Shapr is super easy. Glad that the video summery did help. I forgot to say that you can also make those projected views without being a linked sketch. Then you can move them around later like a cut sheet.

Hey, thanks for the summary. Is the dragging functionality of the toolbar on windows something limited to windows only? Or does sketchup for macos also allow this? I can't seem to get the multiple layers of tools to work on mac, which would be a lot of help. Thanks!

Its powerful application but sadly missing very basic function to fill colors. I drew a picture and there is no way to fill colors in it. I have to use a brush to fill the color.
@cekuhnen10 ай бұрын
You have to understand Concepts is like illustrator it’s not like procreate or Photoshop. There is no field selection of a color. In any vector program to fill an area you use actually a shape tool And in concept, that is the filter you’d rather the shape and then you can colorize that Shapr Boring anime, Japanese manga drawing you put your full colors below and the outline strokes you put on top. I hope this helps.

What about alpha lock? Why is it so hard to find anything on this program about Alpha lock? It’s a very important tool. And I feel they don’t wanna tell you, because if you knew it didn’t have it, you wouldn’t buy the app. Correct me if I’m wrong, but this app does not have Alpha lock.
