We live in a bifrucated economy based on housing. Renters are being crushed and homelessness is skyrocketing, while homeowners at 2% rates are fine. You have renters paying 2000 a month for a 1 bedroom, and an owner paying 1000 a month for a 3 bedroom next door. The cost burden is mostly concentrated among the young, so expect radical political movements beyond Trump and Bernie in the future. If the housing situation isn't solved soon we will have legitimate socialists promising federal rent control and nationalized housing with a chance for the presidency.

Got to have that defense but yeah let's get the budgets of education because that's such a good idea. You guys are monsters. A solid great education is the foundation of greatness of our country and to undermine it is to undermine everything about our country's future. Talking about getting the education budget to get them in line is just laziness because you don't want to do things the hard way which is how you'll have to do it to continue to have a great education system.

I appreciate your comment and it allows me to clarify. It's that we believe the education system needs a lot of work. We mention education because the US is FAR behind other countries in our education. The amount of admin workers in the education system is FAR larger than teachers or students. I believe education is one of the most important things period. I care very much about it. I'm more on the lines that the government hasn't been handling education well and has over complicated the administration side; leaving valuable education to the side in favor of standardized tests and grossly under paying teachers. I'm not an abolish the government person but the education system simply needs to be reorganized and make the teachers and children the priority.

When it comes to marketing a storage facility, I hear people say “it’s hard to create demand for storage, the name of the game is to focus on capturing the demand that is already in your area” What are your thoughts on this? I have land in a fast growing area. I was thinking about putting maybe 4 acres into storage units. I can build them myself. I would hire out any concrete asphalt work. There are 650 homes going in next door. Hundreds more at multiple locations within a couple miles of my property. Can anyone recommend a place to purchase the building materials/kits if there exists such a thing ?

The coupon/yield rates already indicate negative correlate or inverted to the longer term. We have observed many scenarios / market behavior that cleared telling a third phrase bullish market. Or even overlapping the 1st stage of bearish. Characters such as high volatility that rise rapidly and everyone buying shares investment sentiment is boardly optimistic. Investors want to make further short term profits. This is the most Obvious signal that the rising market cycle has peaked. Many new stock listing will increase and investment become blind or the profit making effect of new stocks listing will be amplified. The interesting scenario now Smart money flow that show parking the fund, playing defensive or gear up their hedging strategy.

AJ, how much am i looking at in terms of an amount on business loan? I'm financing the land with a commercial land loan separately so i don't have to worry about the land purchase being part of the business loan. I'd like a combination of enclosed, covered, and open. Open and covered being on gravel while the enclosed units would be either asphalt, concrete, or a combination of both. I've got 5 acres of land for 89k i'm currently financing and would like to have at least 75 enclosed units and 50 covered.

fed raises rates, we are told mortgage rates are going up because of it. fed lowers rates and the mortgage rates still go up and we are told it doesn't have anything to do with the fed rates
