I am waiting on a new dirt bike cylinder head to be cut but, there is a long lead time. I had the motor build for race gas, that is now about $20 a gallon, so I am dropping compression to run pump gas and the engine builder told me I can stack three of the 0.27mm coated steel head gaskets he sent me in the mean time. Should I use the shellac between each of the gaskets or just on the top and bottom gasket surfaces? This is for a two-stroke engine that is water cooled.

Why in manual they say dont use any sealant on head gasket. I want to give it a try but afraid that while tightining head bolts sealant wont allow gasket to expand a little bit which can result in damage to gasket. Engine is cast iron block with aluminium alloy head.

If your both cylinder head and engine block are less then 0.02mm warpage/flatness, then you don't need to apply any sealant, which is what most workshop manual suggest, the head gasket itself already have a thin nylon coating on it. Sealant is used if your cylinder head can't be machined, or to save cost/labor. Any sealant you use on head gasket is going to squeeze out(expand) a little when you tighten the head bolts, so you don't need to worry about it, but there are 3 things you need to take note. 1st, make sure to use a good quality sealant. 2nd, apply sealant thinly, you really don't need much, a little goes a long way. 3rd, all head bolts are tighten to manual tightening specification.

They are fake... the product do not hold at all... I tried it for rubber, plastic, etc.... spent my 30 mins.... I dont know the fluid- low viscous it shows in video,,, I bought 3 packs, its not liquid state inside. Its bit hard paste when its come out. Does it have any expiry?

@@nuramalinaabubakar5495 You can use turpentine, you can also use plastic scrapper to remove it, but be very careful because turpentine can dissolve vinyl too. Either way will be very time consuming. But if the glue still wet, it can be wipe off easily with wet cloth. If the spilled glue is minor and not obvious, it may be best just leave it there, because if you damage the vinyl floor it will look very ugly.

How can I use it? Its not even working 😕 😒 😑 Starts peeling of like rubber and not hard easily fold and breaking down after 24 hour I mix both of liquid equally and mix them really well but not working on metal I don't know it suits on this type of metal or not but my question is why its not hard like steel?? Left over mixer got hard but easily broken wit finger tips

VT-152P shelf life is 24 months, so yea, yours is about to expire. If your packs stored well in warehouse it is still usable after 24 months, but we won't recommend to use/sell it.
