Remarquable, l’imagination débridée de l’auteur (France Gall en rajoute même, avec l’accent British). Petit rectificatif: « avec des petits bateaux » (et non « un si petit bateau ») …dans le « fossé, entre Londres et Calais » !

Hazy summer dayz, lying in the long grass, walking through the woods by the river & getting properly stoned listening to the Dylans... great band but fairly limited in their longevity due to their style? Try telling Temples that - they are back on the psychedelica pony!

The Dylans debut is an absolute classic, wiping the floor with many better known records of the time. Thank you for your part in making it happen.

I was reading about The Collectors in the book On a Cold Road and was curious to hear what they sounded like. They are definitely a product of their time but it has a really good sound. Thanks for uploading.

Great band Gaz, that first LP was minted from start to finish. If it wasn't for the huge competition at that time with so many good bands this would have been up there with the Rose, Mondays, Carpets, Charlatans etc and for me it is. I spent many a day on LSD tripping to this great music and many of my friends also loved it. Bring back The Dylans. I listened to 3 albums over every other Indie band at that time with the Roses debut, The La's and The Dylans. Class mate :)

Italian fan here. You were on a local independent radio (Bari, Apulia) alongside many others from Manchester and around. Lovely times those early '90's, seems like yesterday!

Unfortunately I never got one of the scratch and sniff lemon stickers but a great bit of marketing & promotion I would imagine. Top band and a shame they changed their sound on that second LP.

Great first album, dreamy, trippy and full of Hammond & Wah Wah guitar...Love it! I also own this on vinyl along with Godlike, Planet Love & Mary Quant In Blue...I wrote to them when I was younger back in 91 and they sent me a poster, signed photos and a cardboard lemon with the band name on it which I have kept all these years and a nice wee letter too...Very kind of them and something I will always cherish...Good post

I've loved this thing ever since I bumped into it on an Indie Top 20 compilation years ago. Now excuse me while I go check out the other Dylans tracks uploaded here.
