Anchors Aweigh is a popular song in the German Navy, I'm pretty sure the writer of Anchors Aweigh is even of German heritage. Navies generally like to play music from other nations navy.

Das ist unmilitärischer Zirkus, manche Körperbewegungen sind peinlich. Die Politik sollte der Bundeswehr endlich die preußische Traditionspflege überlassen, ein Erbe, das die Welt immer bewundert hat. Siehe großer Wachaufzug der NVA. Die durfte das.

Drill Team? Wozu braucht man so einen Showkäse? Deutsche Soldaten brauchen so was nicht. Man muss nicht jeden Mist der Amis nachmachen. Die haben das nötig. Wenn man sonst schon kein Pulver auf der Pfanne hat muss man wenigstens auf der Bühne eine tolle Show bieten. Lächerlich!!!!

Sehr viele Länder haben ein Drillteam. Es hat nichts mit "Amerikanisierung" zu tun, Drillteams sind eben da um die Leute zu unterhalten.

I don't know man but after 20 seconds I quit simply because I couldn't figure out who those guys were? I mean look at their juggling their weapons? Where are we? Somewhere in America, I mean with US soldiers playing like kids with their weapons or are these guys really German soldiers? I was caught off guard! Somethin' wrong here...

Well, if you have watched bw ceremonies that happened in public, you know that usually there are protesters who shout and scream weird stuff during it. It goes so far that they even shout during minutes of silence for fallen soldiers. They don't care because they don't have brains.
