Thanks for the good questions that are relevant for this topic. If you need any more info, please feel free to contact us. 1. Does AC-IR measurement depend on the SOC of the lithium battery ? In general, the lower the SOC, the more significant is the influence on the measurement. Reproducibility would be significantly worse with a low SOC. Therefore, we recommend measuring at a higher SOC to achieve a more accurate AC-IR result. 2. Does AC-IR measurement depend on the temperature ? Yes, temperature changes could affect the measurement results. We would recommend keeping the ambient temperature in the measurement environment stable. In general, measurement results would be within the accuracy specifications of the instrument itself if measurements are executed within the stated temperature range of the instrument. 3. What is the model number (Hioki part number) of the single contact probe for the BT series battery testers shown in page 18 ? You can find a selection of HIOKI probes in our catalog (pages 22/23) that you can download from here: www.hioki.com/euro-en/download/37483 Please look out for example for L2100 or 9772 for your purposes.

Mit diesem kurzen Clip haben wir bei HIOKI Europe eine neue Art der Videoerstellung ausprobiert. Eine meiner größten Learnings: Auch einminütiges Video sollte gescriptet sein - sonst dauert die Aufnahme zumindest mit mir als Sprecher ewig und ich verpasse es, wichtige Faktien zu erwähnen. Etwa dass Fluxgate-Sensoren auch temperaturstabiler sind als Hall-Effekt-Sensoren - das ist ein weiterer Grund, warum sich Fluxgate-Sensoren besser für die Leistungsmessung eignen. Dinge, die wir aus dem Video weggelassen haben, weil es sonst zu lang geworden wäre: - Natürlich können die Fluxgate-Sensoren von HIOKI auch mit einem Oszilloskop oder jedem anderen DAQ-System verwendet werden, indem einfach ein Netzteil mit einem BNC-Ausgang dazwischengeschaltet wird (z. B. CT9555) - HIOKI Fluxgate-Sensoren sind so optimiert, dass sie eine konstante Zeitverzögerung über den Frequenzbereich haben. Dies ist wegen der Oberschwingungen beim Messen von Wechselstrom sehr wichtig - Es gibt Kunden, die Fluxgate-Sensoren von HIOKI in ihre eigenen Systeme integriert haben. With this short clip we tried out a new way of creating videos. One of my biggest learnings: Even a 1min video needs to be scripted - otherwise it takes forever and at least I miss important things. Like highlighting that fluxgate sensors are also more temperature stable than hall effect sensors - which is another reason why they are better suited for power measurement. Things we left out from the video because it would have become too long: - Of course, HIOKI's fluxgate sensors can be used with a scope or any other DAQ system as well by simply adding a power supply unit with a BNC output in between (e.g. CT9555) - HIOKI fluxgate sensors are optimized to have a constant time delay over the frequency range. This is really important when measuring AC power because of the harmonics - There are customers who have integrated HIOKI's fluxgate sensors into their own systems. It means that the pinout of these sensors is not a secret

Sir how can i make working electrode for gel polymer electrolyte.....my membrane is not sticking on FTOs glass plate....it detached after drying.....i also used nefion binder but detached after drying

Normally either one method can be used for impedance measurement of electrolytes. - Liquid-state: Use electrodes for liquid. - Solid-state: Fix in coin-shape, and then measure as coin-cell. We assume that the “FTO” is a conductive glass plate, and that you would like to use it as the electrodes. However, we are not in the position to talk about gel-state DUT measurement, because we do not have any leads/fixtures which are suitable to measure it. Possibly, our forthcoming item (in the near future), Slurry measurement system might be of your help. So where can we use it? in server rooms for example?

Yes you can use the data logger in server rooms to measure for example temperature and humidity wired or wirelessly. Some other applications that are mainly automotive related, however can be used for other applications as well: 1) Measurement on Li-Io cells in vehicles. Beside logging the cell voltages, the temperature around the battery can be measured, too. Depending on the configuration of our data logger, up to 120 measuring points can be recorded at the same time in this application. 2) Measurement of strain on vehicles during operation. The sensors can be attached to the appropriate locations on the vehicle. Data can be sent and recorded wirelessly to the main device. 3) Temperature measurement in the vehicle. Here, up to 210 measuring points inside and outside the vehicle can be measured, depending on the configuration of the system. 4) Temperature measurement of the brakes of a vehicle. Similar to application example 3), temperatures can also be measured and recorded at up to 210 measuring points.
