I modtly into swimming and this year, I also added judo and muay thai. I felt like my body could take anything and i felt so good Bam, torn ACL, now I can't do shit. Dealing with the pain and the preop rehab is easy, but to do so without being able to swim or do any kind of sports is a nightmare. I'm not even an "athlete" or into competition, but I love my sports and they help me to feel good inside. Now I have almost nothing to help me with that (aside from the challenge of rehab) The only thing I'm looking forward to is to get back in the pool

Currently recovering from knee surgery and a possible shoulder surgery is in the pipeline. I'm either down or very irritable constantly and having sleep problems. It really sucks. Being alone all the time for having no social contacts outside of sports is bothering me too.

Thank you for your video. I tore my acl, meniscus, and broke the tibia plateau on the left leg. Quit running and got into swimming. Came back strong and then got t-boned in a car accident which blew out other knee and hip. I don't think i can go through another reconstruction. I would prefer two knee replacements at this point. Feeling very low right now.

I've been injured for nearly a year with a muscle strain and I've been depressed for about 75% of that time, it sucks. Not being able to play football is really hard and I've tried a lot of things like socialising, stop socialising, going to church, staying inside, nothing really works. Me wasting time even though it's not my fault is also one of the worst feelings ever

I had a six figure training business while in junior college… I made the company so much revenue and they were too cheap to use my revenue to purchase or maintenance equipment for me to use with my clients in a professional timely matter.. in short, I herniated my disc after 13 months of lugging heavy weights all over the gym, being the rack, the cleaning service, and the 6 figure trainer… it’s so discouraging to know I have a failed surgery in my back and I’ll never lift again.. because I worked so hard at what I loved, the rush I was in, the rush I thought I was supposed to be in.. gone, for 1/5th of my sales, and I suppose the rest of the revenue went up the bosses nose 🤦♂️🤦♂️
