My stage 4 pancreate cancer with mets to the liver has been brought to No Evidence of Disease using intratumoral immunotherpy, injecting the tumor directly with immunotherapy, inhibators and immune system enhancements. I did this at the Williams Cancer Institute. They also have evidence that using Rebyota helps many people. So you need combinations of therapies.
@lboyer0015 ай бұрын
Actually keytruda can work. I had stage 4 pancreatic cancer with mets to the liver. I did intratumoral immunotherapy at the Williams Cancer Institute. Now I have been cancer free over 16 months and counting. Injecting the tumor with immunotherapy and inhibitors can work and it needs researching. I am happy to talk with anyone and with researchers. No one is funding this because it's a procedure not a drug. No ROI for a procedure. It does require a doctor and an operation room so in the short term it's more expensive than a nurse and a chair. But in the long run would cost less than conventional treatment.

Excellent! My late husband was diagnosed in 2000 with non small cell lung cancer and managed to live 21 years with the use of conventional treatment (chemo, surgery, radiation). I had pushed for immunotherapy but our doctors said it was not available to him. I often wonder if I had fought harder for him to get the doctors to agree to immunotherapy what outcome we would have had. He died actually as a result of all of the treatments…they really damaged his body. He was cancer free at death. 😢

I think there is an innate immune response much quicker than this adaptive immune response on viruses. Also, the invaded epithelial cells are already damaged, and the burst should be including millions of viruses. Adaptive immune response against viruses like SARS Cov-II are too slow too reactive. Innate immune cells are the only quick helpers against viruses, in my opinion.

When you say high-grade glioma, do you mean GBM or Something ?
@CancerResearchInstitute7 ай бұрын
Hi, there are several types of brain cancer, classified by the type of cell from which they originate, including astrocytomas, gliomas, and meningiomas. Glioma originates in glial cells that support and protect neurons. Glioblastoma (GBM), which forms from astrocytes, is the most dangerous and aggressive form of brain cancer.
