What about Hormonal disbalance? Thats the main Reason (Doesnt matter if its Real Gyno or Fatty chest). Some People have more Estrogen then others and a more likely to Story Fat in the Chest area. - KSM66, Boron, DIM, Vitamin D3 and Sleep. People have to Fix That first (With Exercise of Course)

The underhand grip does the same thing as the conventional pronated grip since the tricep does not influence in hand pronation and supination, and most people feel weaker doing it underhand so just do it normally with an ez bar or a straight bar. And it does not primarily hit the long head, it hits the lateral head the most, just as the normal pushdown does. Since the long head passes the shoulder joint biomechanically it contracts the most when the arm goes behind the body. Lastly, yeah, overhead extensions "hit" the long head the most since it passes the shoulder joint yada yada yada, it stretches the long head the most and numerous studies point that stretch = more growth/hypertrophy.

Such cap I drink beers and drink half a bottle like once or twice a week and I still cut down weight it’s not impossible understand your diet and metabolism everyone is different I’ve cut over 50 pounds in like 2 and a half months and drinking has been a part of the diet just don’t drink sugary alcoholic beverages and consume low carb drinks Tito’s has little to no carbs same with crown and miller lite has like 3 gs of carbs a can

Lateral raises are bs anyways. Overhyped as hell. I just do heavy weight shoulder press and now I’m over 300 lbs shoulder press at 140lbs

@@coach_westfit all you really need for the rear delts are facepulls and making sure you know how to use the mind-muscle connection helps 100%. Don’t go too crazy heavy for facepulls though, just go until failure with about 75% weight. I usually don’t go over 100 on the facepulls. Make sure you work your rotator cuffs as well though because that was one of my biggest mistakes when I was getting really heavy on weight because if you don’t, your shoulders won’t be able to support as much weight on the heavy shoulder press movements and it can cause injury if you don’t perfect the form. Start lighter with rotator cuff exercises and build up, I promise you will thank yourself in the future because your risk of injury will go down substantially! Also for the medial and anterior delts I just do different angles with the shoulder press. The shoulder press machine works wonders in building strength and size, honestly they are my favorite out of all shoulder exercises! I do them one arm at a time to be sure to get every last rep out! Be sure when using the shoulder press not to flair your elbows out too much, the more you have them pointed in, (comfortably) the more you will be working the Medial delts, and the more you have them out, the more you will work the anterior delts!🙏🔥 hope this helps! You’re already getting there though! Keep up the great work! Remember that what works for some people doesn’t work for everyone, so always be willing to try out new exercises and find what’s best for YOU and your goals!🙏🖤 much love man! Keep getting HUGE🦍💯

Why pinch the shoulder blades tho? You doing lat pull downs for lats not for lats and lower traps so don’t pinch them. You will get to failure in the lower traps to early to get a good enough stimulus on the lat. so get a high row if you want lower traps growth or just do a horizontal row with scapular movement and abducted arms or do Kelso shrugs to develop good traps overall. For lats imagine pulling your elbows to your hips without pinching your shoulder blades. Also for most people pulling until nose height ist enough. Pulling lower makes it like a pull over or you have to pinch the shoulder blades what you don’t want.

The lats are the primary muscle that will be targeted yes but your still hitting secondary muscles in a lat pull down like the rhomboids, traps and rear delts. So the muscles around the shoulder blades will be targeted. With that being said you would be pinching the shoulder blades. Keeping an upright posture doing a full stretch and pulling the bar to the low chest will make sure your targeting the lats which I explained in the video.

Locking out the elbows won't f up your elbow joint that's really nonsense, but it will remove the tension off the targeted muscles in this case.

I agree that locking out will remove tension off the chest but I disagree with your first statement. Locking out puts excess stress on your elbow joint and can potentially lead to issues with tendinitis or ligament damage over time. I would avoid locking out your elbows to avoid risk of injury.
