I followed your same number of rows but I turns too small, do you think is because I tightened it too much?

Your tension could be it, or it could be from the difference in yarn. To combat that I would just not do any decreases. So after your last increase round, just do 1 dc, ch 1 for all you remaining rows until it’s your desired length. You could also do a extra round of increases if you feel necessary

Would you use the same hook size when using mohair (not paired with anything else)? Like the green one on the right in the cover photo

For the one on the cover photo, I would actually go down a hook size because the stitches are more compact, but if you want the light fluffy mohair look to show more I would probably keep the same hook size and just be mindful of your tension. Also, you might need to do 5 to 6 double crochets in each stitch to make up for the fact that mohair yarn is so thin. Good luck. Let me know how it goes!

Love your tutorials. Just saw them and find them fitting for my granddaughter how’s in high school she well LOVE THEM. The only thing I wish to is that you check your position of you camera. Thank you, All the stitches I’ve been using are actually pretty basic. It’s just normal granny squares with a mixture of single, and double crochets and the shell stitch.

Block/steam it so when you put your top on it isn’t stiff and it takes shape to your body. It gives a different look when you wear it. It makes it look better in my opinion 😊
