I have already fixed the helmet problem... got a tighter helmet and now i dont adjust it... im going to look into getting a head sock... thanks for your input

Dude, you need a tighter helmet. That constant readjusting is costing you time. Multiple times you lifted when you were adjusting the helmet. I would also recommend a head sock in the event that you were to have a fire. It'll save your neck literally.
