Am I the only one that thinks Oswald looks like will and the other 2 looks like Lucas and Dustin from stranger things?

It is a shame, that this game is all shine, no substance (in terms of gaming mechanics, because the story is "The Book", which is alright, and characters are entertaining, except for children hightailing as soon as you resque them (even Chip and Mike, who were given big chunk of prologue to develop)). There is not actually much to explore or do in this game, except for all these "hard modes" which are basically animatronic "ai stat boost" and some additional tweaks and a VERY tedious and UNINSPIRED way to get secrets for a true ending

from what i can gather the reason why this game seems to be stuck to the psvr1 is how it uses the ps4 controller for all the power-ups and how psvr2 tracks things i feel the most they could do would be to just make it work on the psvr2 headset but still require the ps4 controller and camera, but that would still make its barrier for entry much steeper tha any other psvr2 game

Resident Evil isn’t really an action-type series. Well, it depends on the games, but the first three games are most definitely horror experiences. The fourth one is leaning towards action, but there is some horror to it, and five and six are action games. Seven is when it becomes a horror game again, and eight is more or less a fun-house version of horror. Those are my very brief run-downs of the games, and I feel seven is the best at the horror aspect, while one through three are classics for a reason. Eight has a gigantic problem of having horror set-pieces that substitute for the horror. The castle itself could have been one RE game, but they decided to make it reserved for one of the four individuals you have to face. The castle could have been scarier if it wasn’t so open. The fish section could have been scarier if the fish were actually allowed to leave the water. Instead, it just became a game of “the ground is lava.”
