Amazing personality? I killed him once 1vs1 and then he spent a week ganking me 2vs1 or more throwing "stomp bm animation". Of course he preblocked without never chatting even once and never seen him around before that time. Of course he might be a decent thief, but a toxic frustated kid as well from my experience with him in game. Then who knows him better maybe have another opinion. One week knowing him was enough for me.
