Too many words to express my amazement towards your work. I can tell you really enjoyed the Lions as you've said. The color baffles but inspires me. I'm sure I will cherish these for many years to come.

Azrael was a first edition sculpt and would've been part of the second wave of releases for the undead, as Rackham always released two blisters of troops and a leader as a first wave, then one Mage as part of the second wave. Also yes, she's an Initiate, a first rank magician, not a warrior-mage though her usual use has her close to the front-lines summoning up morbid puppets. The thing on her spellbook is her artifact, a flesh familiar that allows her to master an additional element when equipped.

Hello Josh, it's Tristan The photos didn't do justice to your work like the video. Stunning! It's really been an adventure and joy watching and listening to these videos and catching up to the interview with Martin. Though your imagining of me as an old Confrontation head is endearing, I was just a kid during Rackham's time. Was very fortunate and lucky in recent year in amassing an abnormally large collection, and joined in making as many contributions to the community as I could, directly and indirectly. I do paint as well, but wasn't as confident in doing these models and wanted them to be especially well done. P.S. The Rag'Narok rules summary pdf was a work of mine with some help from Pierre Manah. I'd like to finish making a battle report/how to play video for it to help others better understand it. I think it can be easy, but needs enough dedication to give it a second, third or fourth look over. Really depends how many rules you use.

Good to see someone still painting and gaming with Confrontation models. I still have a couple of the wolf guys knocking about and my favorite, the town watch Ogre with the cannon on his back and 2 Goblin crew. Looking forward to some battle reports.

Hey mate ! Thanks for the highlight and your help with Volks magazines 😃 ! I worked on the little painting guide for the Ogre but this one is a eight hands painting model. I painted majority of the Ogre but Gobelin with canon and various items were painted by three others painters. We did that sometimes on some minis just to mix our speciality on one model so it was better for the sake of the miniature and also it help to manage time.

I passed on this back in the day because it didn’t come with any miniatures, but as I am getting back into Confrontation I figured I would get this before it’s gone forever. I briefly went thru a pdf of the rulebook and wow it looks pretty in-depth. Like crazy in-depth. I also think it’s going to be hard building armies without using some proxies given the cost of minis these days. But even still at the very least if I can pull more reference material for painting or art then it’s worth it. It’s hard to believe that at the same time this game was giving us such amazing theme and miniatures, we had WFB 5th edition. It’s like being on two different planets. I am sure even GW had to be impressed back in the day. I hope you are able to do a battle report!

Nice Talk. It is always cool listen how people found and get in confrontation. And specially how the change their hobby live. It is cool to see how people have dreams and make It tru. And of course...waiting that videos about to how to start the confrontation hobby😊

Nice game. May i give you a suggestion?. Why not an introducción of the campain?. I'talking about lore, the bands, something thematic😊 And maybe this is laborious, but I was looking videos about how to play and make warbands. But i did not found anything😉 And what about shorts about the miniatures..tou know. Characters, troops,scenery... And ofcourse. Nice job and great video!!!!

Amazing progress. Your painting is very cool, Old Confrontation style, inclusing the basing work too. I'm not a great painter, so i think i Will Paint mines with true metalics and easy shading with inks🙈. Hope seen soon that Battle between dwarves😉

I know It is too hard top organice and run a tournament. Specially if you want to satisfy all expectatives of all the people. But I have yo say that It is great to see people that can achive that and make the player Happy. Specially if the wargame It is not mainstream. Hope some people would like to help and join the community there to make better and bigger events.

Hello! About the aura, first only ambrosius and the knight of hod from nemesis expansion could make use of them in the entire game. Concerning the aura you’re havong issues with I think that it’s more about translation from french to english. So based from the french version of the card during ambrosius activation he may activate his aura then once per game ambrosius will designate some or all ennemies miniatures in the aura effect (exept for class 3 minis). Those will have to test their VN with a +1 bonus. If failed the mini is immediatly pushed off the aura’s effect. After all ennemies designated have made thei own test the aura card is discarded from the game. Their no such timing or what in the french card. I guess that it’s the same aura as yours because aura de renonciation is the only one time use card. Please ask if I’m not’clear enough, I’m still a french guy ;)
