@Mjn_lt Diavolo doesn't aim for the head most of the times, he aims for the torso or shoulders. And when he does aims for the head it's always pretty tame moves, like Polnareff's eye gouge, since his head hits are always to confuse his opponents, not to kill them. The only time he aimed for the head first to kill was when he thought Giorno didn't got Requiem, but Diavolo only did that for the pleasure of it. TL;DR: Diavolo won't aim for the head seriously on a first hit, therefore DIO has many open windows to kill him after the first attack.

Quick criticism; Only people with immeasurable speed, or used chaos control to the original user using chaos control can escape Chaos control..... Chaos control isn't like Normal time manipulation, it's more like reality bending, so a basic time manipulater can't just simply break out of it ☠️...
