Fair comment - but in those 6 years we've had thousands of new customers that didn't see the video - so I'm not sure about the rinsing - but the repeating is definitely true. Perhaps if you didn't have a photographic memory - you wouldn't notice so mucj!

That's not a reported issue - please email support - they will get logs and see what's going on. Basically- it is built to work with any speed of market - there's nothing happening differently under high load other than throttling logic that kicks in and instead of showing every update, it shows every update the human eye could see - so if in a nanosecond 5 trades came in - we'd only display them once, not once per nanosecond. I'm not saying you aren't experiencing an issue -but the right way to resolve any issue - is to get onto support - tell them approx what time it happened and what happened - and they'll grab the logs so we can investigate.

Please compare the execution speed of the bookmap dom and yours because I struggle to place and remove orders quickly using your dom with mouse is too slow to remove orders, compared to the bookmap placing and pulling orders is smoothly but the jigsaw struggles to do the job.
