It is expensive and difficult to install because simply placing a turbine is not enough to produce efficient electricity. Also, it cannot generate large amounts of electricity like hydropower. But we can use solar panel instead of waterfall which is cheaper than your idea and easy to set up, easy to understand and resource is unlimited 😄. But your ideas are better than today's politicians 👌
