You needed a floor scrubber at bare minimum there fella. Or sand the concrete and get a resin coating. It’d make it easier to keep clean and fill the concrete cracks

You need a concrete floor treatment. Sand it down and epoxy it... it will also cover the cracks.

Looks like a work truck that the owner didn’t care and brought it to the detailer. Dirt like that doesn’t come up without scrubbing or some form of agitation. Da polishers work just about the best for it without you having to exert an excess of effort aka work smarter not harder

Writing in the dirt? Not a good practice for car detailers. That is funny how many times you tried to blur the plate only to let a few frames show the plate at an angle or exposed it entirely. 😂
