The third portion is exactly what's going on with my knee! It's so helpful knowing what they'll do for my surgery as the doctor wasn't very clear on this. I'm getting this surgery soon so I hope I can get back to the sports and activities i was once able to do.

So far I guessed tennis 🎾 or football ⚽ players taking rest was their open knee wound due to fell down. Now I understood their wound due to knee shock absorber damage. Whenever their shock absorber is damaged in their legs they shouldn't continue such a damage in as much as develope big. Artificial won't as though natural. Why do players insure their legs in crores 🤑

I'm just trying to see how this goes. A few weeks ago (January 30th) I had a bad fall (slipped on water) and landed on my knee. Tore my MCL, LCL and PCL (but luckily my ACL was ok 🙄) I've never had surgery before but it isn't until April and unfortunately i will be out of work until July!

My dear grandson has it he's 13 yrs old he was playing football ⚽️ doctor told him to rest his leg he has support on his knee now also using cruches as well then he has to go back in 2 weeks time to see the consultant I feel so sorry him he's my world bless him 💙 he was so upset he can't play football 😢
