7:50 "BRING BALANCE TO THE COMPUTER, NOT LEAVE IT UNRESPONSIVE!"
@mr_h8317 күн бұрын
2:30 It's really ashame this thing seems to have failed or never got off the ground. I followed it's development for some time. I was rather interested in it, it's concept is golden. Especially since smart phones were a key component, and something I can say unfrickingironically now, which, blows my mind, smart phones are actually the future of gaming. You can _kind of_ actually get triple A games on them, now. We're you aware that smart phones are now capable of playing medieval total war? You can buy that on your phone and play it. Or knights of the old Republic! And they're way cheaper than their PC counterparts. They may not be triple A now, but they WERE, at one time. And playing an RTS/4x strategy game just TEN YEARS AGO on your phone was only a dream. The intellvision can be much more than the casual if it wants to, and I don't think it should abandon the serious gamer the same way Nintendo abandoned the casual gamer with the end of the Wii. They can now easily play to both markets. It's kind of crazy actually. But, I understand wanting to stick to their roots as a family oriented gaming company. I wish this thing didn't fail.

I cannot deny I have watched this vid a few times and just am ASTOUNDED ( in a good way ) about the layout of this place. If money were no object for me I have always wanted my own personal arcade/movie area and this is just fascinating to see someone display, and also it just looks spectacular and very professional. I would love to have one with custom arcade/casino style carpet

Thanks so much! I've actually considered filming an updated version of this video at some point soon. Ive made what I consider to be just enough changes to warrant a fresh tour. The overall layout is the same but there's some fun new additions.

You really should have black or gray walls in the theater! It would be incredible! It helps with the projection of movies and being Star Wars themed, it would be perfect!

I've considered having the basement painted a different color, but every time I think about having to take everything down and then putting it all back up, I get anxiety lol

@@TheAdventurersGuild I'm with you... I've been trying to build a studio here since January and there's a lot of stuff piled up in one space in the house because I don't have the time or inclination to do the work... Here I'm going to paint the studio walls gray and freeing up the other part of the house (where everything is stored) I want to set up an arcade, but I get lazy just thinking about the amount of things to do! @TheAdventurersGuildАй бұрын
It was custom built! It's a replica Nintendo cabinet with a PC inside that boots to the x86 executable of the game 😲. The cabinet was made by a guy local to where I live.

I experienced this thing last week at the fair in my area. There were 2 stands with claw machines and the festival lasted 5 days. On the first day at the first stand the claw was strong and I won 3 medium-sized stuffed animals. The other crane game stand advertised very well-known stuffed animal figures like Naruto, Dragonball, Pokemon, Winnie Poo and other well-known things. These 2 operators, the cranes, didn't even lift stuffed animals, maybe a few centimeters because it was weak. 2 days later I visited the place again. The 1st operator changed the machines so that there were fewer wins but sometimes. Operator 2 was still just as unfair, while his machines were relatively full. And do you know what the worst thing is? You want to play a crane game in Germany? There used to be some at gas stations. But now they're gone except for 1 machine that has had the same crap in it for years but is strong. Otherwise you can find crane games at so-called fairs with often unfair crane games.

False the correct answer was Mega cade by extreme home arcades... that way you have only one machine for everything you built.
