I have 3 scooters I recently purchased! An UBERSCOOT 2X 2SPEED with a 49cc 2stroke. Recently purchased 2 engines for my scooters but run into a problem I didn't know about until after I got the 2 engines I purchased! One is a rofun 71cc 2stroke rc engine and the other is a 15hp 58cc twin cylinder 2stroke! When I unboxed them I immediately noticed that the clutch on both was way to small(58mm)?!?!is there a housing or kit I can get to convert it to a 78mm clutch so it can mount to the scooters! Please let me know ASAP,as I would be extremely greatful for any help you can provide me! Thank you very much, John. why do the big box stores sell those little ready to go shots that mix 50:1 ? I've been using those and its been great, but ran out. Now I have castor 927 from my friend I got the go-peds from... funny thing is when I got the peds, they were so gummed up they needed to be cleaned down to the cylinder level just to run... im wondering what ratio the previous guy was using... are these oils different ?

The flaw is not in the lever, it's in the cable. There should be a ferule at the end of the cable. The lever housing is not machined out too big, it's big enough for the ferule.

so what did we accomplish here? is was 64 on a downhill on camera showing it was downhnill. when i was 10-12 i has a scooter like this with a seat it was the generation before gopeds came to be. it did 17 mph stock i scrapped the motor and put a 49cc motor on it from monster scooter added some mods. and flipped the gears. i got the smallest gear i could run for the front on the back rim. and i got the biggest gear i could get for the back that i could fit on the front. i tried all diff combos but it was something like 17 teeth on the back and the front was a 36 or 44 tooth depending on the time of year. i could do 60-65 mph on it reliably flat ground or uphill. i had power for more gear but take offs got weak until around 20. i also have a single cylinder moped now and it does well over 75 i let out at 75 cause i had zero want to go faster on that thing. if it cant do it on flat ground its not doing it.

I know this was awhile ago but is the throttle cable spring essential? I purchased: *BF/GSR Throttle Cable - Braided Carbon (71.5")* from DDM.. I have a GSR Cruiser. Is cable length ok? Also is the spring for throttle needed? walbro 990 carburetor, Zenoah G290RC. Are the RC engines built for Peds as well?

It would be cool if you did a step by step video of how a goped is made.
