The brother made the statement at about 1:08:10 he said quote. " she nor he could ever remarry" now is what he said Biblically accurate? It seems like he is putting the fornicator in the same spiritual condition as the adulterer. I'm just trying to get a better understanding of what he meant.

Not that she can't marry him, but that she can't marry anyone else in the future. She is guilty of fornication not adultery, as in the case of the married man. Where does she stand in the eyes of God's marriage laws? Because she never married would she be free to marry another man in the future?

Yes, she could marry another man, if she is eliigible (as long as she was not unfaithful in a prior marriage). I should have made this clear in my pesentation. My email address is: [email protected] if you would like to discuss in detail.

There was a statement that was made regarding MDR from Matt: 5, the statement was make that the unmarried person that commits fornication with the married person that commits adultery, that unmarried person will never be able to marry with God's approval. I have never seen this in scripture. Please can you point out the book chapter and verse that explains that the fornicator in that case is not allowed to marry?

She (the fornicator) cannot marry the man she fornicated with even though He divorced his wife.
