Honestly the house is very big and impeccably beautiful. The contrasting tiles on the walls and floorings creates a character for the house. But that power line tower is a deal breaker.

overpriced for CdO. just my 2 cents. Considering, $1.6M is a nice house in a nice location in Syosset, NY. Syosset is a really nice neighborhood in Long Island, NY. The pricing structure of Phil real estate needs to be reviewed.
