@@nancy29z Chances are they used the KZbin translator to translate your comment to Spanish, rather than reading your comment in English. They basically said that in ancient China pale skin was a sign that you did not work in forced labour such as farming and as a result your skin was not exposed to the sun. To add on to what they said, the reason that it tended to be seen as a sign of beauty was because pale skin could be seen as a sign of wealth because you were not working out in the open in places like farms to make money and as a result that prevented skin damage from the sun.
