Officiating my little sister's wedding in a month from now. I've begun to write my ceremony speech recently, after months of taking notes, scratching them out, etc. I needed this video, thank you!! Even the small detail of telling people to be seated, the little things I'd forgotten about or things to include in the welcome address

Thanks, Kyle. Based on your comment, I have no doubt that you'll do an absolutely fantastic job for your sister a month from now. If helpful, you can download an editable version of the full transcript here: www.etsy.com/listing/1360086192/wedding-ceremony-officiant-script?ref=listing_published_alert

I like the pitcher's reaction after throwing a 90 plus fastball to the batter's noggin followed by the pitcher walking circles around the mound thinking to himself (couldn't the batter duck or something?) Meanwhile the batter is rolling around the batter's box in pain, and nobody from the umpire, catcher, or anyone else involved in the game seemed particularly rushed or interested in calling for aid.
@MichaelHirsch37 жыл бұрын
It was actually a breaking ball, not a fastball. Clearly was accidental given the situation. Thank god for helmets though!

There is no way he meant to hit him. The Yankees are in the middle of a tight race for a playoff spot and the game was tied at 6 with no outs in the inning. Sanchez was setup low and away, which is where the pitch was supposed to be, but it clearly got away. I admit that it looks VERY bad given the events earlier in the game, but it as just a case of extremely unfortunate timing for a ball to get away from you. It was clear he was not aiming at him as you could even see the ball slip out of the side of his hand when they show it in slow motion.
