I haven’t stopped exercising however I haven’t been able to squat or deadlift. Injury wise I have been okay for about two months but because of my restricted training I’m weak and fitness is down.

@@WoDaLoT just out of shape this year. 9th year and had some nagging shoulder injuries last couple months. Just got to point couldn’t catch my breath and got dizzy. Heart not in it this year. 150 rx 🤷🏼‍♂️ can hardly lift my right arm today

@@WoDaLoT Gotcha. I wasn't sure if I had missed an extra direction for distance or something. I was watching it while at the gym so I couldn't really hear anything. At first I thought you were making 4 passes of 6 steps each but then noticed an 8 count and it threw me off. I appreciate the update! Thanks for the help

Nice job dude, I reckon you moved smoothly. What movement did you find the hardest? Burpees just gas me but I do like T2B and snatches. I'm hoping for sub 10. Also I saw you didn't use any grips? It's been so hot and sweaty here.
