Passenger endorsement or passenger with School Bus, require a knowledge exam AND an additional SKILLS test even though you might be Class A, B, or C licensed. This is for Ohio but may be different in other states.

No the driver does not need to know how to do shit with a ELD . period. They have to have the operating manual on board.
