Mr. Frankie Beverly is And Will Infinitely Remain an Iconic Legendary Angel of LOVE and Purity on this Earth. His Music was All about LOVE... Brother Roame is who was with Mr. Beverly almost 45 years. McKinley Big Williams Passed on 2011. Whatever has gone on, was between Mr. and His Band Maze who Jr Created, wrote, arranged, and revolutionized the RAW SOUL Music we Loyal Maze Fans and Supporters know so well. Bro. Roame is the One who came up with the name Maze, after Marvin Gaye asked them to change the bands name from Raw Soul. Either Way, after a drastic change in upper management, which I believe has Nothing to do with Mr. Beverly, is probably where the chaos Began. Mr. Beverly was ALWAYS Adamant about His Band Sticking Together as a Family. He never wanted to be a Solo artist. Who else has Sold Out Concerts after clearly having Vocal Issues. Yet, We His Loyal 4-EVER FRANKIE'S ANGELS, and Worldwide Fans Continued to Support him to the End. It was Mr. Beverly's Voice, Presence, and Genuine Love of People and Most importantly the Music that brought people together. His Spiritual Nature was ALWAYS Undeniably EVIDENT of his Character, and Raw Soul Sound. It's Hard to Explain what's Mostly on a Spiritual Level. My Prayers and Deepest Condolences to Anthony, Grandbabies, His Wife Heather, Brothers and Sisters, and entire Family and Loyal Fans Worldwide. 🙏🏽😭💔😭🙏🏽

Notice how Ralph McDonald's presented him but never said where he's from which I find a problematic bcause if you're from Brick City you gotta announce it no different than if somebody was from New York City in one of the boroughs. They would have announced it so we are disappointed in ralph for hating on Brick City, USA...🤔

I Love you Mr. Frankie and we will continue to play your music as we party at our parties, picnics and in the house as we clean. We’re going to continue to party with our children and grandchildren watch them jump up and dance as so as your music comes on. Again Thank you for introducing us to your music, style and love ❤️

FYI Mr. Frankie Beverly is about to embark on his farewell tour beginning March 22nd in Atlanta that will last about 6 weeks. He is going to pass the mic to a young man from the Carlos Santana band. Philadelphia Frankie's hometown will be doing a street naming ceremony for my Man in June. After performing for over 50 years he deserves All of the flowers, accalaids, respect, Love and Peace to step down and enjoy his much deserved Retirement. I am going to really miss seeing Frankie leave it All on stage for years but have my dvds, tshirts, towels, memories I will cherish Forever. 💕 And continued Blessings to my Favorite of All time Mr. Frankie Beverly 🤗.

Why did Frankie walk away from Maze? Listening to Maze and Roland Martin on what happen ??? 25 years and fine your self standing alone . One person said he has been with Frankie 55 years. Frankie will not even talk to him about just being let Go. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 this so awful. To lose Maze. Unbelievable to me as a fan . Just hearing Maze ??? Frankie please tell your truth. No one can just do this to others.

Never heard that story. The guy he called June Bug - I think McKinley Williams was his name, who was with Frankie way back then in Philly. So sad they may have parted as friends. It happens. I’d love to hear from the man himself, but he is an extremely private man. Love him. I never get tired of that voice and soulful lyrics. If I could speak to him face to face, I’d say you have brought us so much joy. It’s okay to rest now. God bless you Mr Frankie Beverly. Oh and I love the name Howard. My late father and brother were named Howard. ❤

June bug, McKinley Williams, died in 2011 before a show in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Original keyboard player Sam porter, died years before "bug." If you haven't seen their show go see it before the singer retires. I've known them since 1971 in Oakland, california

Mr. Frankie Beverly is probably going through early dementia or Alzheimer's. 😭💔 Let him retire in Peace, and as I say this, my Heart is in countless Shredded Pieces. 🙏🏾💔🙏🏾💔🙏🏾 I'm one of Frankie's Angels, and He and Maze have ALWAYS been My Musical iv Drip... My whole Family knows how much I Love Frankie Beverly and Maze. At his Concerts, I would Always be on the lawn, because when He and Maze Graced the stage, I would dance His Whole Entire Set.. I Have and KNOW All of Maze' Songs. So We Really don't know what's Happening behind Industry Closed Doors. All I know is That He NEVER Sold his Soul to the demons who run the Music industry. So I'll say, So Long to Phenomenal iv Drip. And Continue to Listen to the Best Music Ever MADE... The Song "I Need You" has a whole different meaning to me Now .. Like the Flowers Need the Rain, Like a Blind Man Needs his Cane... I NEED YOU. 😭😭 The lead guitar Solo, Tears me to Pieces..

Yes he is definitely a living legend I just love love his music. Tell him I did not like how Beyonce did his classic Before I Let You Go. To me it was just horrible cuss words and all. Total disrespect for such a legendary artist such as Frankie Beverly.
