I have a question. I am trying to get back to OMAD. I already lost like 25kg with it, but now I want to pick it up again. Can please somebody help me with a few tips? What if I cannot reach the caloric goal? I feel like I cannot eat so much in one sitting anymore. I also want to focus on Veggies more. They are not that dense in calories. I want to eat veggies, noodles and sometimes meat or fish. I want to overall make better choices for myself... So, can I still do it? I used to have no problems with that, but it is so hard for me to get back. I really just need a little push I think

I’ve been trying to do this for 5 years and I’m still 60 pounds overweight. I can eat a ton of calories in one meal and still be hungry

I am on day 30 of OMAD today. I have also got so much better at my portions- so not overeating anymore! I don’t feel hungry at all during my fasting period! I drink weak/light black tea and black coffee. Struggling with drinking water. Only one glass of water every few days!

IT WORKS. YOU DONT HAVE TO EXCERCISE OR GO TO THE GYM TO SEE RESULTS. My advice is to BE BUSY so you cant even eat. For example time flys by doing INSTACART, DOORDASH OR UBER/LYFT. So you have NO TIME TO EAT. Also occupy yourself with lots of activities to DISTRACT YOU. LASTLY I love how the APPETITE AND HUNGRY disappers. I no longer crave food more than once a day. I also feel MORE ENERGETIC and VIRBRANT. Im so energetic and vibrant people actually think IM SO MUCH YOUNGER.

I really needed this message today. It's the last week of the school term. Grading final exams, meeting with parents, rehearsal s with the kids, ordering decorations and refreshments. Boy, have I been eating! Still in my eating and fasting window, but just wrong choices. Thanks for sharing the remedy to this journey's pitfalls.

Hi Kayla! 👋- Great to see you! Persistent is SO important, I’ve been so busy with the holidays and other RL distractions recently that I haven’t been finding time to exercise and not getting enough sleep 😥. I must recommit and work my program. My WLJ is my priority. HAPPY HOLIDAYS 🎄. I admire you greatly. I’m @ProgressInTransformation ❤❤❤

Do you have tips for eating meals with others? You talk a lot about focusing on your meals but how do you do that when you’re with others? I eat family meals, eat at work and really don’t get a break and eat with my church friends a lot

Brilliant about the simplification especially. I’ve had so much energy due to no constant insulin spikes that I’ve declutterred my entire wardrobe, life is now so much easier! And I’m day 21 and not hungry ever anymore, I now have a simp,e retired life, can enjoy my family, horses and pets more and have so much time for them. Thankyou

I'm only a minute and 30 seconds into the video but I do want to comment something before I forget. Children and teenagers need tons of food because they are growing and they have very large appetites don't forget. From my personal experience I remember being so hungry all the time growing up I could eat an entire fridge LOL. Okay Carry on. 😊.
