@nojot0 Yes, it does. It was originally released for the NTT docomo P504i in Japan, then it came preloaded on the NEC 515 and 525.

I think this phone's sound chip had 24 voices according to Aihara's website, but I sadly can't find which specific chip it used.

After I've ripped Jewelry Master Twinkle music I was thinking why it is so familiar... Turns out it's tracks from Taikyoku Mahjong: Net de Ron! (Character designs too :D) 0:00 Mahjong Game (VS CPU) is bgm_normal 1:50 Mahjong Game (VS Net) is bgm_another 5:46 Palette Main is bgm_hard 11:22 Bright Punchline 1 is bgm_menu this might be another clue to those tracks being composed by Yousuke Yasui
