As someone said boys it's not the FA it's the Premier League. Our old Chairman Sir Philip Carter was one of the instigators of the PL , so you can say we have been hoisted by our own petard
@CentreSpotUK15 күн бұрын
Maybe a bit generic of us, yeh can see why it’s the premier league. If it was the FA, they may have been a bit more reasonable eh? 🫡

Arsenal finished bottom at the start of WW1 but ended up not getting relegated so changed its name from Woolwich Arsenal to get around that one, the phoney twats And your suggestion about Everton v Bolton to open it with two founder members would be quite apt.

Thanks fellas , nice to receive all your compliments & support for the club.There will be games played at BMD before it officially opens , maybe a game against BOLTON .....who knows .

The Mersey millionaires in the 60s, the players that have played for Everton, go far beyond the Premier League players you have mentioned! Remove Everton from history. What do you have? Others may have had many firsts; as a thought experiment, if Everton did not exist as their founding member and all the innovation/influence, where would Football be today? You should check out the Influence of Dixie Dean and the tour of Nazi Germany and how Everton was the first club to refuse the Nazi salute on their turf! Research Dixie Dean, and if you can have a conversation about him, it will make a great tribute to the man who is ignored outside of our club!

As an Everton Supporter, I remember that "goal" that never was and ultimately saved us! After decades of witnessing poor decisions against us, both before and after, I have to accept it as one of the few levellers we have been gifted! A few Blues will realise the significance of the 97/98 season!

You lads have done quite a bit of research but you have a few holes in your video the stadium site is going to be turned into a community asset with all different buildings at an additional cost of £100m to the club and we the fans have protested for years about how the clubs owners have run it
@CentreSpotUK21 күн бұрын
That’s brilliant about the ground. We didn’t know that. I guess when we are talking club, we mean fans. Not many are happy with owners nowadays are they pal? Cheers for your feedback 👍🏻
@Veniceredmask0121 күн бұрын
It’s meant to be profit and sustainability lol, Forest held out for more money for Brennan Johnson and the premier league wanted them to sell to Brentford for £20m less. Blatant corruption. By strengthening teams who would never strengthen

Sharon, I hope you read this, I remember my 1st game at Burnden when I was 6 years of age. 52 years later I'm still and always will be a Wanderer. In 2018 after losing my Mother - she died on the 60th anniversary of Sir Nat lifting the FA Cup - I ended up at rock bottom with No Family and no one to turn to. Without Bolton Wanderers I don't think I would be here. BWFC means Everything to me, and to watch us rise like the Phoenix under your Stewardship is the most pleasurable experience of my life.
