I had a dog that my mom and dad got about 2 years before I was born. I loved our dog, it was a shitzu named "Olive". About a year ago my dad was taking her outside because she was whimpering *a sign she needs to take a crap*. About 30 seconds later, in my living room with my sisters and my mom, my dad rushed inside just to say this to my mom. "Honey, come quick!" You would be able to hear the urgency in his voice, and when I turned to look at him, that was the first and most likely last time I have ever seen a tear on his face. My mom rushed outside, as me and my 2 sisters slowly followed behind in confusion. As soon as my mom went outside, she ran the fastest I have ever seen her run, as me and my 2 sisters heard crying coming from my mom as she fell to her knees to the sight of our dog lying dead in the road. I felt so bad for my dad, because as soon as we went back inside our house, with everyone crying, my big sister started yelling "ITS YOUR FAULT THIS ALL HAPPENED!" to my dad. I could hear the sorrow in his voice. I hated that dreadful moment, since that was the first time I have actually lost something. Something that I have been with my whole life since birth. I wish that moment never happened. We got our dog when she was born, and we have had her for about 11 years. She got ran over by a red truck, since it was night and her fur was black. I miss her, all I want is to see her one more time and pet her and hug her.
