You're welcome. Stuff like this needs to be restored and preserved as much as possible.

You did a really nice job remastering! The copy I posted had terrible audio, so thanks! So great to have another good copy of something I played on 47 years ago! Great memories

Thank you so much. That's what this channel is all about - restoring and preserving great Jazz music! This is a great song that deserved the best treatment possible! One additional note - Buddy gets most of the attention as the virtuoso (which he absolutely was), but not enough mention goes out to Steve Marcus who, in my opinion, is one of the all time great sax players!

@@EriksJazzConnection Yes, I remember that Steve was getting 30% billing on most of the ads for our gigs and also on most of the Marquees. You gotta be great to be getting your name 1/3 as big as Buddy's name on the sign! BTW, if you're interested in restoring something for me (and all the fans), I made a clip of "Ya Gotta Try" from our concert in Koln Germany 1980 and the sound came out terrible. This is the original clip of the entire concert... kzbin.info/www/bejne/r3SbeqFuoK58eqc and the bad copy that I made of Ya Gotta Try is kzbin.info/www/bejne/mqS1d51rgseDmNk . I'd much appreciate it if you'd be able to fix this... is it possible? I'd love to have a great copy of just that tune.

I'll work on that in the next week or so. I'm glad to take requests! I'll see what I can do to enhance that.

@@EriksJazzConnection Great! Probably better to capture the tune from the original concert clip than try to enhance my short clip .
